The Career Strategy Clarity Course is divided in two phases:

Plan

In this phase, you will focus on your approach. You will discover your dream career and its purpose for your life (how it aligns with your life purpose). To do this, you will go over your strengths, weaknesses, preferences, non-negotiables, and prospects to explore which career is best for you. It is often at this point that the idea of your dream career changes. Finally, based on your findings, you pinpoint your ideal career.

Prepare

Now that you are clear on your chosen career, it’s time to perform your due diligence. In this phase, you review various positions and titles that reflect your career choice (many times there’s more than one title you can access). Using an array of resources, you will research the industry to identify benchmarks, credentials, education, and skills required and advantageous for your career and take inventory of which skills you need to gain. You will also explore the company culture. This allows you to figure out which organizations will be a good fit for you and which ones to avoid.

Now you are ready to set realistic and timely career goals.
