What is an executive coach?

An executive coach is a partner that helps the executive identify specific goals and assists the executive to develop an action plan to achieve them.

What is an image consultant?

Image consultants are professionals who offer assistance in image enhancement (appearance, body and color analysis, wardrobe development, and management), sound and effective communications, business and social etiquette, branding, and more—all through coaching and training.”

What is the process for executive coaching and how long does it take?

Coaching begins with an initial consultation to find out your expectations. We then identify specific goals and develop the best course of action to achieve your goals. Depending on the action list, the time frame of the service may vary, but the minimum commitment is 3 months. An action plan is given beforehand and no service is performed until you decide to proceed.

Are payment plans available for the training programs?

In some cases, we do offer a monthly payment plan of which each payment is automatically debited at a certain time each month. Please contact us for more information.

Are your services confidential?

Yes, all of our services are confidential and we will never share your information without your consent (i.e. testimonials, case study).

Do you provide online services?

Many of the services are flexible and can be performed online and via telephone. We now offer a virtual image styling program that is available 24/7.

What if I am not satisfied with the service?

Phenomenal Image strives to ensure that every client is satisfied with the services rendered. We will make every attempt to resolve any concerns that may arise. If at any time you are unsatisfied, please let us know and we will work to rectify any situation.
